Using memories of both highs (peaks) and lows (valleys), we explored how these moments and situations hold clues about our values and what truly matters to us. Even our struggles point to the values we long to honor, helping us better understand what brings meaning and fulfillment.
By identifying these values and patterns, we gained insight into how they shape our experiences. This awareness helps us make more intentional choices, shift limiting stories, and reconnect with our creative power.

Your activity this week is to: Choose one of your peak or valley moments and write about it in more detail. Describe what happened, how you felt, who was involved, and why this moment or situation stands out in your memory. How did it shape the way you see yourself or the world? There are prompts in the writing guide to spark ideas.
At the beginning of our next session, we’ll take time to explore whatever you feel ready to share—whether it’s something you wrote or reflections on the process, including any efforts, challenges, or insights that emerged along the way. There are no rules for this in terms of word count or anything like that. The idea is simply to spend some time reflecting and getting words on the page.
In healing and self-discovery work, it’s tempting to focus on chasing answers, but often it’s more powerful to begin by seeking the questions and allowing ourselves to sit with them for a while. To write, reflect, and stay present without attachment to where it leads, trusting the process to guide us deeper into truth. Remember: Next week will be an integration week, so we won’t be meeting. I encourage you to use this time to reflect on what we’ve done so far. You can catch up on materials you’ve missed, and go deeper with the exercises that speak to you.
