If you believed that storytelling could make you healthier, change someone’s life, and make a difference in the world, how would you share your story?

To answer that question, the best thing you can do is just start writing. Writing has helped me reframe old stories about mental illness and other struggles in my life, and my mission is to help others improve the quality of their lives through the power of the written word. My approach to coaching emphasizes the inner work that’s involved with becoming a fully expressed storyteller, and it’s been a gift to witness blocked writers become unblocked and reclaim their voices.

Through my workshops, I work with writers and storytellers from all over the world who are finding the courage to tell their stories through self-discovery work and community. I’ve read and heard such powerful testimonies, stories, poems, and reflections, and my vision is to offer more ways for writers to get additional eyes on their work and share their stories for personal and collective healing.

  • Do you have a true story about self-discovery, transformation, or a life lesson you’ve learned?

  • Do you have a reflection you want to share about life, love, loss, or letting go?

  • Do you have a testimony, manifesto, or life philosophy that you want to share?

  • Do you have a blog or newsletter that you want to share a sample of with the AML community?

Whether you want to share an essay, micro-memoir, flash fiction, short story, poem, letter, lyrics, or however your expression takes shape, there is room for you here. If you’ve been to any of my workshops or been familiar with my work for awhile, then you know how much I care about creating safe spaces for people to find their voices and share their stories. Here you will find a compassionate audience, and a place to build creative courage.
