A journey into writing as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and creative exploration

This six-week group experience is a healing intensive based on my book, Story Work: Field Notes on Self-Discovery and Reclaiming Your Narrative.

This series will give participants the opportunity to receive coaching and community support as they are guided through six creative processes designed to transform limiting beliefs and wounds from the past into healing narratives. Through this work, we learn to harness the wisdom of our lived experiences and live more fully expressed lives.

The dates of the live sessions are Thursdays, March 19 and 26, and April 2 and Wednesdays, April 15, 22 and 29. The second week of April will be an integration week, and we will not meet.
